We work from Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah 1. Each of us manages a different part of the operation - bookings, fleet partnerships, guest support. You'll talk to one of these three whenever you reach out.
Bookings Coordinator
Ahmed processes reservations and sends out vouchers. He knows which partner has what vehicle and can usually find availability within an hour. Joined the service in 2021.
Fleet Partner Relations
Natalia vets and onboards rental companies across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. She audits insurance documents and makes sure partners accept bookings without deposit or credit card. Speaks Russian and English.
Guest Support
Ravi answers calls and emails from 8 AM to 9 PM GST, seven days. He handles pickup coordination, billing questions, and road issues like Salik charges or RTA parking. Been in UAE since 2018.
